I bought the baby cubes when my son transitioned to solids. I refused to buy baby food because I hate eating canned and ready-made food, so why should I feed it to him?! Making baby food is so easy. These containers hold 2oz of baby food. They are #5 plastic. I recommend buying 2 sets at least. They stay sealed well. I always throw one in a baggie in my purse with a spoon and it works out great. You can't fill them all the way to the lid for the freezer because they will pop open, so leave a small gap. Other than that, they have been wonderful for our family. My son is almost 9 months and I use them every day. Great purchase if you plan to make your babies meals! You will get your money back on how often you use them.
